The Changing Seasons: Becoming Revolutionary Red

Fall is an inspirational time of year for me! I absolutely love when the time comes to pull out my jackets and scarves and such. All around autumn is a time for change, turning leaves bring a nice fiery blush to the landscape. At work people are changing with the season rich deep hair colours take over the summer blondes. Recently L’oreal Professionnel Launched the ne Red shades in their INOA No Ammonia Colour line. To celebrate the new fierce new reds L’oreal together with Elle Canada magazine are sponsoring a Revolutionary Reds Makeover Competition. So i sought out model, some one excited and ready to make a change. I was contacted by Felicia Wise; a young local model who had always been thinking about becoming red. What I had dreamed up was going to suit her perfectly. I read once that a make-over is not the hair cut off but the hair that is left on the head. I was so happy with the colour result, and how it had transformed Felicia into a fiery redhead. I decided a nice loose brushed out set did the colour the most justice. I busted out my Nikon, I love that camera; and began to capture some stunning images of the fierce redhead Felicia.

A Change of season, I think so. So the way L’oreal has decided to run this competition is a bit complicated at first. You just have to like everything on Facebook. Let’s be honest here A competition isn’t a competition unless it is done through Facebook; and based on how many people “Like” my work.

Here is a link to Loreal Professionnel Canada on Facebook. I think you have to “Like” Loreal and Elle Canada and then you can vote everyday, once a day on the Loreal Facebook page. I know it all sound like a lot of work, But the benefits of me getting a ton of votes are astronomical. Remember those Jedi hair skills? If I can stay in the top 3, Preferably taking 1st I could have my work published in Elle Canada. As someone who has big plans of being in magazines that would be just a little amazing! Vote Dylan Raine. You will not regret it! And I apologize now for any spamming that may occur throughout the course of this competition.
